Driver Impact Project Program Requirements
The following requirements are mandatory anyone not currently certified to teach Driver Improvement or Risk Reduction classes.

​Requirements to become an instructor:
​
Applicants must mail a completed application and a non-refundable application fee of $350 (money order or a cashier’s check) for the two-day session to the address on the bottom of the application.
Instructors are required to submit a renewal application every two (2) years. Instructors should apply for recertification within 60 days of expiration.​​

Requirements for Instructor Recertification:

​Email three Driver Improvement or Risk Reduction class rosters taught within the past six months to drive@approvedds.com

Mail a non-refundable $150 application fee (money order or a cashier’s check) to the address on the bottom of the application.
Requirements for a New Driver Impact Project Program:
